L.I.H. Law is back in our permanent office at 159 Denny Way, Suite 107, in Seattle. A flood forced us out in May 2025. After more than a year of drying out, tearing out and rebuilding, the remodel is finished, and we reopened in September 2026. Take a 40-second look around.
What Happened to Our Office
In May 2025, a flood hit our office. The walls came down to the studs and the floors came up. We moved everything into Lesley's home right away, then into a temporary office, and kept going. Our clients' cases didn't pause, so neither did we.
On September 17, 2026, we celebrated the reopening with an open house for clients, colleagues, friends, family and our team. Thank you to everyone who was patient with us through the moves and the address changes.
What You'll See When You Visit
The tour starts where your visit will: at our new white marble reception desk, where our bilingual staff will greet you. From there it moves past the waiting area and down the hall to our conference spaces, where we meet with clients and families. You'll also see our private attorney and staff offices, rebuilt with plenty of natural light, and the workroom where your paperwork gets prepared and checked.
We rebuilt the office with our clients in mind. Many people who come to us are going through one of the most stressful times in their lives. We wanted a space that feels calm and welcoming the moment you walk in.

A 30-minute consultation with Attorney Lesley Irizarry-Hougan. You meet with Lesley herself, not a paralegal. Consultations can be in person at our Denny Way office, by phone, or by secure WhatsApp video.
Honest guidance. Lesley will tell you what could go right and what could go wrong in your case, so you can decide your next step with clear eyes.
